Returns & Exchanges

At Nomad the Label, we want you to love your conscious wardrobe staples; however, if a piece isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 21 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold the garments and place them in their original sustainable packaging, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized postage location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Process & Credit

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or ship your new exchanged items within 5 business days.
